Mr. Tom Chang Wu is a seasoned investment and corporate finance executive with over 25 years of experience in the area of strategic planning, direct investments, venture capital investments, corporate and structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, business development, valuation and financial management, having worked for private equity funds, investment bank, commercial bank, consultancy firm, multi-national corporations in both North America and the Asia Pacific region. Throughout his career, he has worked, consulted and/or invested in a variety of industries including Cleantech, Media, Internet, High-Tech, Retail, Telecom, Real Estate, Financial Services, Banking, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Education.
